- Give Attention
A few runners might always look down while running. There are many chances for you to fall while running if you look down while running. This is in general not advised to every sports person.So, when you are running you need to look ahead say for 10-20 feet in the forward direction. If you look in front of you then you can know what’s coming in front of you probably it could be vehicles or people. This becomes helpful when you are running on trails.

Most of the runners who fall off the ground is while running downhill. When you are running downhill you have to take proper care to avoid falls. This can be done by taking proper care while tying shoes. Another best way to avoid downfalls is to have control over the motion of your speed while running. Make sure that you look ahead while running and maintain a common pace or try to reduce your running speed while running. This help in avoiding falls while running. - Be Aware of your surroundings
A few runners might collide with the other runners with an intention of completing their run within the alloted time. Most of the runs these days are very crowded that is the place where the runs are held might be very crowded. So, this is one reason you have to be cautious while running. Make sure that you are in the correct position and be ready for your run. If your position is not in a proper then you might fall off while running. - Water stops
Water stops can be one of the reasons for the falls while running. People might run and go near water stops for consuming water. When you go near water stops there are chances for falling because of the wet place and it helps you slip easily off the ground.
