- Layered Dressing
Layered dressing can be helpful while running in the rain. When you run in the rain you might feel cold and there are chances for you to stop running. This might effect your running routine if you are appearing for an events at the national level. If you get dressed in layers then this might help you to remain warm and help you to continue your running workouts without any external disturbances. - Cover your Head
If your running in rain then you are advisable to cover your head while running. If you do not cover you head then you might get wet and this might become a cause to affect your running routine. This might also lead you to some other problems. - Avoid Overdressing
If you are running in the rain then you are recommended to wear a layered dressing but, do not get overly dressed. If you are overly dressed then you might have to face certain risks while running.
