Look ahead
- It is advisable that you look ahead while running. Experts advise runners to look ahead at least 10 – 20mts so that you can be aware of the things that are coming in the opposite direction.
Swing your arms
- It is advisable that you swing your arms while running so that you do not face any problems while running. Make sure that your arms are relaxed while running for further problems.
Foot placing should be proper
- Make sure that you place your feet properly on the ground. When there is no proper foot placement on the ground then there are chances for you to face the risk of some of the common problems that occur in runners career.
- Some of the common pains that occur in runners life are ankle pain, knee leg pain and shin bone pain.
Hands should be placed on waist
- Your hands should be at your waist especially when you get tired soon after your workout.
- A few of the beginners try to put their hands closer to the chest. It is not advisable to put your hands closer to your chest as you get tired sooner when you hold on your hands closer.
- It is advisable to place your hands on waist as it helps you to relax while running.
Relax
- Never try to hold on your hands tightly while running. When you hold your hands tightly, your muscles become tight causing some stress to your body.
- You might become tensed when you hold your hands tightly. So, it is advisable that you relax your hands by letting them free as though you are holding some circular body.
Proper posture
- Proper posture should be maintained while you are running. You need to check once in while whether your posture for running is appropriate or not.
- Make sure that your head is straight up, neck should be at the shoulder level and your spine should be straight and erect.
- Do not bring your knees up and forward. When you bring your knees up and forward then there are chances for you to face the risk of shin bone.
