But, remember that cotton is not comfortable while running as cotton has a tendency of absorbing sweat it sticks to the body while running. You might feel uncomfortable while running if you put on cotton clothes. - Get a Buddy for your Run
If you are running alone then you can find a running partner so that you do not get bored while running and also to stay motivated while running. If you are running for long distances then you might get really bored while running. This is one of the reasons you should have a running partner during running. You can get any of your buddy to run along with you. This seems to be very interesting if both of you are beginners. - Slow Down your Pace
Usually trail running seems to be harder than road running. So, in the initial days you can run for less time that you can run slowly and for a limited distance.
