I am not sure if these type of things works. For me one and only thing that works is cold turkey. I have stopped smoking and would recommend all of the smokers to stop it ASAP or else it might be too late. I am sure you love your near and dear ones more then smoking and this is enough reason for not smoking or quit smoking.
I have been smoking heavily for past 25 years now and tried several times to quit smoking. Will i be helpful in my case if i try these techniques?
