    CAPRICORN (22 Dec – 19 Jan)

    Capricorn Man:

    Capricorn Man believes he knows the best. Nothing can pursue him for weight loss unless he realizes it himself. He follows a very restricted diet though a sensible diet plan can also be effective. His good organizing skills help him to include diet plans into his busy life.

    Capricorn Women:

    Capricorn dieters are very single-minded. If they decide to lose weight, then they will lose weight fast. They are attracted to a strict diet plan.

    SAGITTARIUS (22 Nov – 21 Dec)

    Sagittarian Men:

    They are impatient and fail to plan. Lack of commitment and avoidance of restrictions never make their diet plan successful. Sagittarian men love food and drinks. They hardly make efforts to reduce fat, sugar or alcohol. Sagittarius man likes to take risks with his health.

    Libra Men:

    Leo Men:
