- Ban all your high calorie sugary foods. They can wreak havoc on your weight loss plans.
- Begin an exercise program that consists of at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise such as brisk walking, cycling etc three days a week. Along with cardiovascular exercise you should also include 30 minutes of weight training two days a week. Don’t for get your crunches too.
- Invest in a good exercise and weight-loss book if you cant invest in a good personal trainer. Either of these would be able to guide you through the process of weight loss.

I have been doing some exercises and as a result I have lost 5Kgs over a period of 5 months. My intention was not to loose so much weight and i would like to regain my weight. I am a male, 42 years, height 168cm weighing 61kg. I have been exercising 3-4 times a week each taking about one hour and missing my lunches as I work out during lunch hour.
Please advise.
