    Here what we have is a list of fifteen wonder foods. If you replace your high fat diet with some of these you will definitely stay slim and fit. The foods talked about here have fats but healthy ones, so have them for healthy fat:

    • Avocadoes: This is a source of mono saturated fats. As our body cannot function properly without fats it becomes important what we choose as the source. So, if one take avocadoes for their fat intake they will make the best choice.
    • Whole Grain Bagels: Have them as they are the source of true complex carbohydrates. Having them will give you energy to work all throughout the day.
    • Bananas: Low in sodium but rich in much needed potassium.
    • Berries: The deeper the color the better. They are the greatest source of anti-oxidants.
    • Carrots: Rich in beta carotene and low in calories.
    • Whole Grain Cereals: If you are one who goes for exercise in the morning, then this food will help you to exercise better. Team it with some fat free milk.
    • Chicken Drumsticks: Full of zinc, iron and B vitamins.
    • Low Fat Cottage Cheese: To help you get your muscles repaired as it has the right amounts of minerals and carbohydrates.
    • Cranberries: Help fight urinary problems.
    • Eggs: Take the whole of it to improve your brain.
    • Ground Flaxseed: Take this for a healthy gut as it is full of fiber.
    • Hummus: Take it for unsaturated fat.
    • Orange: Full of vitamin C and also it repairs tissues.
    • Salmon: Mono-saturated fat and omega 3 source. Added to it is its ability to reduce abdominal fat.

    They are healthy sources of fat which a person doing very strenuous exercise need to take in moderate levels so that he or she is able to stay healthy.
