    Circuit Training — For Weight Loss

    In order to lose weight and stay fit, circuit training for weight loss is the best and smart way. Exercising is very important for the body. Fat burning exercises will help you to lose weight easily. Performing exercises one after the other and with rapid movements is known as circuit training. There are many benefits of circuit training, one of the benefits of circuit training is weight loss which is the major one. This article focuses on how circuit training helps in weight loss.

    Circuit Training – for Weight Loss

    • Start your circuit training with warm up session such as light jogging or marching. You can also include stretching exercises in your circuit training session.
    • With the help of a rope, start jumping and continue this exercise for 60 seconds.
    • Perform squats with the help of a resistance band. Place both the legs on the resistance band and pull the band to your shoulders. Do this exercise for about one minute or so.
    • You can also do kickbacks exercise with resistance bands.Place your hand and feet on the ground. Place the resistance band around the left leg and hold the ends of the band in the left hand. Perform kickback exercise in the backward direction and again bend in the forward direction by bending your knees. Perform this exercise for 30 seconds or so.
    • The next exercise is brisk walking for about 30 to 60 seconds. It is one of the most effective circuit training exercise.
    • With the help of the resistance bands, perform tricep curls. Place the resistance band below your legs and hold the ends of the resistance band with the help of your hand. Now pull the resistance band with your hand. Perform this exercise for 30 to 60 seconds or so.
    • Use the jumping rope and jump again for 60 seconds.
    • Do push ups with the help of resistance band.
    • Run very fast for at least a minute.
    • Finally relax, cool down and perform some stretching exercises.

    On the whole, the above mentioned program completes one circuit. As per your needs and weight loss, you may perform the exercises. Maintain a gap of few minutes befor starting with a new exercise. Maintain a balanced diet and avoid drinking soda when you are doing a circuit training session.
