One may be successful but might not have met the true self in years. It is important to meet the true person inside you; otherwise life will be simply like beating about in the bush. One might be a successful person, may be leading a prosperous life and may have all the signals of bright prospects in near future. One might get mislead by thinking them to be their strengths. Without self-realization success is not possible. Luck may not play its part every time, it comes to your life, but with intelligent action and rational approach one may lead to true success.
Self-realization can be done by self-introspection with eyes shut, in a silent environment. This is also known as “Atman- Chintan”. Try to Search the truth about you. This can lead as well as mislead you in your life. The absolute truth will be self-realization and try to accept it.
Self Analysis
Self-analysis can be done anywhere, at any time of the day. One can practice it in the office while traveling etc. One does not have to search for any extraordinary place or have to attain any special posture to do it. A restless mind continues to travel and wander impatiently. It is important to give up thinking about others and instead introspect deeply. Ensure that the concentration is not broken away. By contemplating on these questions one may evaluate positive ness and negativity and may work to rectify it. This is also known as meditating about own and it helps a person to draw closer to one true self.
