The Method of Mantra Meditation:
- Mantra Meditation involves reciting of a sentence or groups of words called the Mantra.
- A mantra need not have specific meaning on its own.Its power is hidden in the vibratory effects that are produced when the mantra is repeatedly chanted.
- The selection of the Mantra is generally done by the Master or the guru.
