Hello, I have fasted for only 2 days with distilled water,honey, and a little lemon. By the second day my skin on my arms start to look orangy. I know for a fact fasting and a table full of fruits every week kept me from not aging till 63. I now drink distilled water all day and night. I would not want to chance my body with anything else.
