- For doing a juice detox, the things that you will require are pure cranberry juice, apple pectin, distilled water, dandelion leaf capsules, psyllium fiber and astragalus capsules.
- Every day of the detox period, just 10 minutes before taking your daily breakfast, drink a glass of diluted cranberry juice. Take a part of cranberry juice and mix it with about four parts of water and add about a tablespoon of psyllium fiber and apple pectin each. Stir well and drink.
- While following the cranberry juice detox diet, for the breakfast you are required to consume only a fruit and while grains.
- Each time you have a meal, that is breakfast, lunch and dinner, prepare yourself a glass of diluted cranberry juice and drink just 10 minutes before having your meal.
