Just like salt bath, salt water flush can also be called as an internal salt water bath. It cleanses the plaque and bacteria from the walls of the digestive system. Every morning, the first thing you have to do once you get up is to have a glass of salt water. Initially it can be difficult for you to decide how much salt water you need so that you can flush. After having the salt water solution, lie on the right side for around 30 minutes to let the salt water act on your system.
Salt Water Recipe:
- Two liters of water should be boiled.
- One teaspoon of uniodised natural salt should be added to the water.
- Lime or lemon juice can be added to make it more tasty.
- Half-liter serving cup should be used every time.
