Juice fasting is one of the most popular forms of fasting as it is the most efficient way to detoxify your body. As the name suggests, this fasting is done by restricting one’s diet only to fruit and vegetable juices. While performing juice fast many people have observed effective weight loss, enhanced energy levels and faster removal of toxins.
Among different types of juice fasts, lemonade juice fast is considered to be the most effective, hence it is also known as Master Cleanser. This master cleanser diet repairs the damaged tissue and heals your body. It is observed that many people experience difficulty in consuming liquid diet for a prolonged period. For effective and successful juice fasting here is a sample of your daily juice fasting diet plan:
Breakfast:
You need to start your day with at least one liter of master cleanser that is lemonade. You can even take fresh fruit juices like citrus fruit, apple or pear as a substitute to the master cleanser. In fact, throughout morning you can drink lots of fruit or vegetable juices but make sure to dilute them a bit with water.
Lunch:
At least 350ml of fresh vegetable, fruit juice or master cleanser needs to be taken during lunch hours. It would be better to opt for vegetable juice if you have taken fruit juice during breakfast or vice-versa. This would be helpful in maintaining proper nutrition balance.
Snack:
This time you can purely select fresh vegetable juice like carrot, spinach, beet, water cress, celery, etc. For some variation in taste you can add lemon, ginger or garlic in your vegetable juice.
Dinner:
If you want you can take vegetable juice for your dinner but if you find it difficult then you can prepare vegetable broth.
Before going to bed:
It is better to avoid drinking juice before going to bed. But if you feel like it, then you can drink water or any herbal tea.
