Side Effects of Fasting
There are other side effects even for a successful fast. The body odor changes and smells bad. The tongue color also changes. You constantly feel thirsty. As you are not eating, your digestive system gets affected and may give you problems like diarrhea, constipation, etc. Weakness and backaches are also experienced in severe conditions. Hence even if you want to fast, always remember to consult a physician or a doctor before you start a fast.
