Starving: Starving is the condition when your stomach is running empty and your sugar levels are low. Some other symptoms include: jittery, shaky and lightheadedness. In this condition you try to binge and want food immediately. Person experiences this stage when fasting for more than 10 hours.
Hungry: This stage comes one to two hours before starving. Here you think of food and the symptoms of hypoglycemia manifest in this condition.
Moderately Hungry: This is ideal time to eat. This is the stage when your stomach has emptied its contents into small intestine.
Full: This is experienced when you moderately eat and fill your stomach to full. There is no much pressure of food on the muscular walls of the stomach. Ideally the stomach should half fulled with food, one fourth with water and one fourth empty. This ideal proportion gives aids proper digestion in the stomach.
Stuffed: This is felt when you overeat; the stage where even one bite can burst your stomach. Food taken in the stomach gives pressure to the muscle wall and the pressure goes on increasing with each bite. The person can experience heart burn or acid reflux from stomach acids due to overeating.
