- Watermelon, Grapes and Berries: Eating watermelon almost everyday will help the kidney to get rid of the toxins. Of all the fruits and vegetables, grapes and berries are considered to be rich in anti-oxidants. Being rich in potassium, grapes help the kidneys to function efficiently. They also help in avoiding the building up of stones by cleansing the uric acid. And, the berries help in eliminating the bacteria.
