How to do Apple Cleansing Fast

On the day of Fasting: On the day of fasting eat nothing but apples. You can have apple juice and water during the fast. You can buy red or yellow apples for fasting. It is best to use organically grown apples during the fast.
Breaking the Fast: On the day of breaking the fast, that is on the fourth day, take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the morning time. This helps to facilitate bowel movements following the fast. In also helps in digesting foods that you eat after the fast.
Following Days: On the fourth day of the fast take orange juice in the morning and have a light lunch of fruits and vegetables in the afternoon. Add some grains to the diet by dinner.
On the fifth day take up a normal, healthy diet. It is better to avoid non-vegetarian foods and other fat-increasing foods following the fast. Have a regular exercise program.
