You must be aware that Ayurveda is a healing process which emerged during ancient civilization. Ayurveda has classified the mind-body types into three doshas. Ayurveda has classified every human being as a combination of mind-body types. These are called doshas. Most people are a combination of the above three. Anger In A Vatta Person:
Vatta Types are spontaneous. They often act without thinking about any consequences. They have a frequent change in their opinions and beliefs. Anger is not common in Vatta people. But they become angry when they experience some sort of restriction like – getting stuck in a traffic, forced to do something unwillingly, doing repetitive mistakes. They lack courage and are basically nervous type. Their fear of conflicts prevent them from facing their anger. Their anger is of very short duration and is easily forgotten. Anger never results out of any justified fact and events.
Anger In A Pitta Type:
A great courage is a typical domain of pitta types. They are very hot tempered and gets angry very often. No appropriate reason is required for their anger, which makes them very unpleasant to deal by others. Pittas can become very critical and hurtful at times. Criticism and things stopping from doing something makes them lose their temper very easily. They give most priority to their self-image and appreciations. Pittas are very particular about their approach towards life. They are very specific and exact about their goals and respect. They like doing extreme things like risky racing, speed etc. Forgiving and going ahead on losing is very difficult for pitta types. But they go along very good when they win. Pittas can not withstand wrong things.
Anger In A Kapha Type:
Kapha is not as hot as others but also lacks courage. They are very concerned about their stability and security. They never get involved in any conflict nor try to solve any problem all themselves. Kaphas are very good at manipulating situations according to their wish. They do not like taking risks but does everything to avoid any unpleasant situation ahead. They never put their choices and thought directly.
