Stress and Pain are very closely related to health. Stress and pain can either be quick or constant; but always shows an inappropriate state of body and mind. It can result in anxiety, dizziness, tension, lack of concentration, irritability, depression, sleeplessness, muscle tension or cramps. So you are always in hurry to find a solution to this. We can not change the stress and pain but we can change our approach to deal with them. These are not going to make us sick but definitely are going to make us feel sick.
Stress can result in inappropriate response towards any thing, be it physical or emotional. It is an alarming state where adrenaline is produced due to exhaustion. Common symptoms of stress include many of the above factors along with headaches and elevated heart beat. Pain is an unpleasant feeling which shows many adverse reactions. It may include a headache, a burnt finger, stubbed toe etc. But a pain is considered basing on its intensity (amount of pain you are experiencing; mild, more or severe), duration of pain and location of the pain.
Ayurveda has a solution to it. Usually narcotic-medication is prescribed by physicians to relief anxiety, depression and tension. These medications make us lethargic and drowsy.
