Kalonji is known as Kalajaji in Sanskrit and Black cumin and Small Fennel in English. It is also commonly called Kalajira, Mugrela and Upakuncika. Kalonji is an important herb in Ayurvedic medicine. - Cleanser — Kalonji seeds contain saponin, which are good cleansing agent.
