What is bloating?
Bloating is nothing but gas building up inside the body, especially in the stomach and digestive system. It makes you feel uncomfortable and may also lead to pain and tightness in the abdominal region. It may also make you feel extremely full and stuffed. It can be caused due to a number of reasons like food allergies, aerated drinks, gassy foods, and some others.
