Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of healing and medicine. According to Ayurveda, the main reason for eye problems is imbalances in Doshas. If any of the three Doshas is imbalanced, it can cause eye problems like dryness, redness, itchiness, cataracts, poor vision and many other problems, even blindness. This can hamper efficiency and disrupt everyday life if not taken care of. Ayurveda suggests some general herbal remedies for each of these problems.
