Yeast is a fungus which is used to prepare various foods. It feeds on sugar and yields gas. Some people can be intolerant to yeast. - Oral contraceptives โ These oral contraceptives contains artificial progesterone. Thus, ingestion of oral contraceptives can cause over production of yeast in the body.
- Antibiotics โ If you take excess antibiotics, they would kill the body friendly bacteria which controls yeast production.
- Indigestion โ Sometimes due to indigestion caused by other food intolerance allows excess production of yeast inside the stomach, which ferments the food inside the digestive tract.

Symptoms of Yeast Intolerance

- Stomach bloating

- Feeling tired after having food
- Gas production after eating sugary food
