    We are at the threshold of the spring season and spring is generally liked by all for its vibrant nature. On the contrary spring causes much trouble to many people who really fall sick caused by seasonal allergies as soon as spring starts springing.

    Tips to Combat Seasonal Allergies
    Allergic reactions are the most common condition from which maximum people suffer very badly. Since allergies cannot be avoided completely but there are few ways by which you can effectively diminish the niggling allergy symptoms.

    We all know that “prevention is better than cure”, so you can take few precautions to combat seasonal allergies. Below are few tips that can help you keeping allergy symptoms far from you.

    1. # Pollen Allergies
    A particular kind of allergic reactions caused by the coarse powder dispersed by bees is called as pollen allergies. The persons who are allergic to pollen generally suffer from allergic rhinitis (hay fever). You can be affected by pollens even when you are taking a walk in the park or in your garden.

    Precaution
    Pollen plays it dominant role between 5 am and 10 am. So, as much as possible, try to stick into indoor activities in this duration. You also need to do the same through out the windy days because pollens can run extensively. While driving, keep your windows closed and AC on to prevent the circulation of pollens as well as wear a medical mask while gardening.

    2. # Dust Mite Allergies
    The allergies symptoms that caused by some microscopic organisms living in house dust and get active in spring and summer; are termed as dust mites allergies. These allergens can trigger hay fever and asthma-like reactions.

    Precaution
    You need to make you home dust free so that the dust mites cannot live and multiply there. For doing that you need to change your bed sheet and pillows after a regular interval and wash them in warm water. You can also control your house’s humidity bu running an AC.

    3. # Mold Allergies
    The showers of spring seasons bring large quantity of mold. Inhaling these molds can trigger numerous numbers of allergic symptoms.

    Precaution
    You need to avoid exposure to molds floating in air as more as possible try to stay away from fertilizer, sand boxes, compost piles and damp soils.
