- A person who smokes and is suffering from COPD should quit smoking right away.
- A person should try and get adequate sleep and should maintain the overall health.
- Regular sleep and wakeup schedule has to be strictly followed. Try to follow a regular bed time routine also.

- Avoid caffeine in bed time hours or peek hours.
