As Americans enjoys the convenient routines, they are replacing themselves in danger. People have become contented with high speed cars and fast food restaurants resulting themselves with high weight and unfit state. Around 64% of people in US are fat and suffer from Obesity. When the individuals weight is more than 20% of his/her height, age, gender and build, it is considered that the person is obese.
Causes of Obesity:-
- Mostly the obesity comes from the fast food restaurants. The food in those restaurants are cheap and easy to consume. The food is also quite satisfying. Thus resulting in obesity.
- Another cause of Obesity in US in transportation system.There maximum time is wasted on sitting in the car instead they can shake off a few weight by walking or jogging. Americans lifestyle is the most inactive lifestyle. They do not practice sufficient exercise.
Prevention from Obesity:-
- There are many simple solutions that can help you to prevent obesity. You need to take some action regarding reducing your weight. It will be a benefit for you in the long run.
- You need to have willingness to get rid of fatty foods. Stop eating food which contains fat in it.
- You may experience unhealthy condition but you have to face the effects and renew them for your wellness.
Treatment for Obesity:-
- Small steps taken towards weight loss cannot entail big modifications. Plan your routine. Daily work outs require only 30 minutes in a day per week. If you are a beginner then start doing exercise for five minutes and then slowly work your way and lengthier the time to pick up the routine.
