Emotional Eating:- Controlling and recognizing your emotions can also help you to reduce weight. Reduce stress. Stress also cause overeating resulting in obesity.
Cures of Obesity:-
- By looking at the increasing rate of obesity and overweight among the people, there is no cure for the obesity epidemic. Although there are new diet pills which has shown good results but a pill by itself will not cure the obesity.
- If you really want to solve the obesity epidemic, you really have to get active. The best defense against fighting this disease is exercise.
- Walking without straining too much is also another way to get active. So get out and start walking for about 30 to 35 minutes daily.
- Changing eating habits is another way to battle the obesity epidemic. Avoid eating too sugary and too fatty food.
- Eat healthy food and more natural food. Eat whole grains and fresh veggies and fruits instead of processed food. Intake more of low fat or non fat dairy products.
