One thing I wanted to mention is that Cinnamon is a strong irritant, so I’m concerned about the amount suggested on a daily basis (some people have reported being sick after using the tea). I like a drop of cinnamon essential oil in my bath tub – but even then it is just a drop or two! I suggest a lot less cinnamon in the tea and maybe using the old fashioned diet and exercise route to weight loss. Cheers!
