- Almond oil — Take some drops of almond oil mixed in milk. This mixture has a soothing effect on the nerves and assist in lowering the blood pressure caused by anxiety.
- Sarpagandha — Take approximately ½ teaspoon of the powder of the roots of sarpagandha twice or thrice a day.
- Orange juice — Take approximately 50 ml of fresh orange juice twice daily.
- Arjun– Boil the bark of arjun tree to prepare a decoction and take 30 ml twice daily.
- Sweet jelly of apple, amla and carrot is recommended to control hypertension.
