Ways to Regain Your Appetite

- Drink Lemon juice mixed with few drops of ginger juice half an hour before your meal
- Have two teaspoons of ginger juice before your meal
- Boil one glass of water with 1 piece clove, 1 piece of cardamom and a pinch of pepper powder and take it half an hour before your meal.
- Drink pomegranate juice prepared with honey
- Include Pudina (mint) chutney in your meals
- Chewing fennel seeds can improve your appetite.
- Avoid consumption of caffeinated drinks, tea, and fast foods, ice creams etc
