- Filtered water – 10 ounce
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Cayenne pepper – 1/10 teaspoon
- Natural maple syrup – 2 tablespoons
Method
- Take a big glass that has the capacity to hold about 10 ounce of water. Add more filtered water about 5 ounce into the glass.
- Take 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and add it to the water.
- Take 2 tablespoons of maple syrup of grade B and add it to the above mixture.
- Add a little about 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the mixture.
- Now add more 5 ounce of filtered water and mix all the ingredients well.
A dieter can take 6 โ 12 glasses this detox drink a day. The drink should be prepared and consumed fresh. You can prepare the drink enough for the whole day, refrigerate and drink the whole in the same day. Do not store the drink for the next day as it will not produce its effectiveness when consumed the following day.
