- There are different types of detox fasting. A pure water based fasting has to be done only by experienced fasting practitioners. For the rest, a simple juice fast or any other safe fasting program can be undertaken. Research well in advance on the kind of detox fasting you would like to do.
- Once you are done detox fasting, to stay less toxic make sure that you eat a lot of raw foods like fruits, vegetables and grains. Reduce the intake of white flours and sugars. Most importantly drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
- Last but not the least, try not to fall in love with carbohydrates again. Say no to processed and super highly fatty food.
