Is 4 days long enough of a fast to really reap the benefits? Also, how do I work back into eating again without binge eating. I have done 2 day fasts, and going back in to eating is the hardest thing to control. I miss flavors so much, I want to eat everything! 🙂 Thanks for any advice!
