- Place chilled tea bags during a nap on your eyes. One can also apply a chilled cucumber slice above each eye for about fifteen minutes to get rid of the swelling and puffiness
- Sleep well. Try to have a nap on stressful days or to compensate your lack of sleep the night before. Rest on your back, with the head elevated on two comfortable pillows for circulation
- Do not smoke and also second-hand smoke should be avoided. These reduce the Vitamin C in the body and make the eyes watery and bloodshot
