Dark circles under the eyes can be an irritating problem as it can make or mar a face. Dark circles sometimes make the whole face dull. Usually, unless you do a careful and time consuming make-up, it might be difficult to mask it up.
Causes

- Using a daily moisturizer with sunscreen.
- Maintaining a healthy and balanced diet with plenty of iron and vitamin K, and getting enough sleep.

Home Remedies for Dark Circles
- Dark Circles can be removed by applying peeled and grated potato overnight at least three times a week.
- Dark circles can be removed by doing pranayam daily for at least five minutes.
- Dip cotton balls in rose water and keep for 5-10 minutes.
- Alternate hot and cold compresses under your eyes for 10 minutes. Then apply a teaspoon of almond oil mixed with half teaspoon of lime juice on the dark surface every night before going to bed.
- Add some mint leaves, lemon juice, and salt to tomato juice and drink.
- Drinking good amount of water also helps in lightening the dark circles under the eyes.
- Application of cream with vitamin E and C also helps in reducing the dark circles.
