I am quiting smoking, in reading up on lobelia theres a lot of thing saying it hasnt been proved either way. personally i think its exseptional in helping me quit. today i comfertably went from 10am to 6:30pm without a cigarett. im also taking drops that have: blue vervain, borage, california poppy,damiana, flower essents, linden, licorice, oats,skullcap, st. johns wort.
when i biggin to feel the craving come, i put the drops under my toung and sit in a quiet place, enjoying the tast of licorice. than when thats done i take some tea outside to where id normally smoke, and slowly drink it.
ive found after drinking the tea im generaly hungry, so i carry a few oranges with me.
i started trying to quit smoking 4 days ago. the first two days where hard. what i found inportant in combination with the herbs, is listening to your body, and juging when you are emotionaly tired. the second day i was emotionaly tired, didnt have much fight in me, and chose to let my self slip a bit. in reconising that and chosing to slip, i was able to emotionaly rest up, while not loosing to much gound. from than on its been comfertable, and almost easy.
