4. Analyze your worries

5. Figure out the solution

Once you’re able to analyze your worry, you can figure out the solution for your problem by depending on your intuition. The method is to converse with your mind and ask for the right solution. Begin with these words: “What are the possible solutions for my problem?”
6. Choose your path
Severe anxiety will be decreased significantly once you’ve successfully figured out the solution for your problem. Through your intuition, you will be presented with two or more solutions that suddenly appear in your mind. The next step would be to choose your own path to get out from your anxiety zone by choosing one solution that is possible for you. Set your intention to apply the right solution that you choose.
7. Go back to mundane activities
Once you choose your own path to get out from your problem that caused your severe anxiety, you will feel the sense of fulfillment in your heart. Now you can go back to your mundane activities with a refreshed feeling and determination to solve your problem. You just need to do the action and go with the flow.
