    Running is one of the best way to lose weight and also helps in getting shape. A few of the runners might go for running routine, to burn their calories. Running routine might help you to remain healthy and fit.

    Instructions For Running Routine
    The following are the instructions for the beginners who might be interested in starting a running routine.

    • Planning
      Planning plays a very important role when it comes to running. Without planning workouts for doing routine, running might be strenuous. Planning includes not just the workouts which you do for the day, but also includes the time factor. While planning for your workouts, make sure that you include all the activities with respect to time. If you are going for a competition then this might remain helpful, as most of the competitive events rely on time factor. But, if you are a beginner then, you can plan your workouts for a week.
    • Visiting a Sports Store
      It is very important for the runners to have a proper outfit for their events. If you are a beginner, then you can visit a sports store and get apparels for your event. If you do not have any idea on the running shoes, you can ask the sales person in the store. Sales persons might suggest you the best shoes for your event only if you tell the event which you are appearing for.
    • First Week
      For the first week of your practice, you can go for the slow workouts to avoid staining yourself. If you start heavy workouts, then you might strain yourself. So, plan accordingly so that you do not strain during your first week.
    • Second Week
      You can plan a little hard workouts compared to the first week of your workouts. You can start your running along with the workouts for your second week.
    • Third Week
      You can start your running for the third week against time. You can plan your events depending on the time and the event you are appearing for.
    • Gradual Increase
      Soon after starting your practice with time then, you can gradually increase your speed. You can go for the hard workouts when you become familiar with the running.
