    • Consumption of cold water while running helps in psychological cooling.

    • It is important that you carry a handy water bottle for your run. Handy bottle serves you in a better manner while running.
    • Make sure that your bottle is covered by and insulated cover. The water in the bottle might become warm due to the heat produced by you while running.
    • It is advisable that you put ice in your bottle so that, the water remains cool as the ice in the bottle melts and also allows the water to remain cool.
    • A few of the runners might have bleeding problem while running. For those people who have the bleeding problem, water bottle becomes mandatory.
    • In case, if you face the problem while running then you can splash some water over your head to stop bleeding.
