- Honey – Mix 1 teaspoon of honey to ½ teaspoon of rose water and gently apply over the face. Leave it on the skin for 20 minutes and then wash it off with luke warm water. Honey is the best natural moisturizer and soothes the dry skin.

- Aloe vera — It is the best herbal moisturizer. Its gel can be applied over the dry skin.
- Water — 7-8 glasses of warm water should be taken daily.
- Herbal oils – Massage with herbal oils before bath is beneficial for dry skin. Olive oil or almond oil massage works wonder for the dry skin.
- Salty, sour foods and sweet juicy fruits are also beneficial for dry skin.
